| Chandigarh Administration takes special care in attending to the problems of the serving defence personnel, ex-servicemen, widows and their dependents, who belong to Union Territory, Chandigarh. For this purpose a Grievances Committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Chandigarh, with members from various departments. The grievances/complaints should be sent to Zila Sainik Welfare Office. The ZSWO assigns a distinct number to the complaint and forwards it to the concerned department for necessary action. The actions taken on the complaint is reviewed by the Committee during its meetings. The format of registering the complaint is available at the download section of this website; however the complaint must submit an ink signed copy of the complaint along with all the relevant documents.
