Redressal Of Grievances
Chandigarh Administration takes special care in attending to the problems of the Serving Defence Personnel, Ex-servicemen, Widows and their Dependents, who belong to Union Territory, Chandigarh. A Grievances Committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, Chandigarh, with members from various departments :-

The grievances/complaints should be sent to Zila Sainik Welfare Office. The ZSWO assigns a distinct number to the complaint and forwards it to the concerned department for necessary action. The actions taken on the complaint are reviewed by the Committee during its meetings.
